Returns Policy

At eSupply Canada, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Because we work with a national network of manufacturers and distributors, return eligibility and conditions may vary by product and supplier. This Returns Policy applies to most purchases; however, certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return requirements, restrictions, or restocking fees. Where a manufacturer's approved return policy differs from this Returns Policy, the applicable manufacturer policy will apply.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, provided they:

  • are unused and in their original condition;
  • include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable; and
  • are accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Furniture must be returned unassembled unless it was received damaged or defective.

Certain products, including custom orders, food and beverage items, and products identified as non-returnable on our website, cannot be returned.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Returns received without an approved RGA may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect products, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Prompt notification helps us investigate the issue and, where applicable, file claims with manufacturers or shipping carriers.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error by eSupply Canada or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.

Restocking Fees

Some manufacturers charge restocking fees for returned products.

Where applicable, these fees, which may be up to 25% of the purchase price, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
